AMFANIN MAN RIDI WAJEN INGANTA QASHI, GAKORI DA GASHI

Amfanin man ridi ga kiwon lafiyar dan-adam na da yawan gaske sai dai mutum ya ambaci iya wadanda Allah Ya sanar da shi, sakamakon yadda har yanzu ake gudanar da bincike kan magungunan da za a iya samu daga man ridi.




Daga cikin amfanin man ridi ga lafiyarmu har da inganta lafiya da karawa gashi kyau, haka nan ana amfani da man ridi wajen gyaran fata, man ridi na taimakawa wajen kara karfin kashi, da kula da lafiyar zuciya, baya ga amfani da man ridin da ake wajen rage damuwa.
