Amfani biyar (5) da cin Albasa da Tafarnuwa keyi Ga Lafiyar mu.
1. Albasa da tafarnuwa na maganin ciwon daji
Albasa da tafarnuwa duk sun ƙunshi mahadi na organosulfur da flavonoids waɗanda ke da ƙarfi sosai. Don haka waɗannan za su ba da kariya mai kyau daga nau'ikan ciwon daji da yawa. Wani bincike da aka gudanar ya nuna cewa masu yawan cin tafarnuwa da albasa suna rage barazanar kamuwa da cutar kansa da kashi 60 cikin 100 !!!
2. Kwayoyin cuta na (Virus)
Tafarnuwa tana motsa garkuwar jikin mu, kuma tana ba mu damar magance mura da mura cikin sauri, ta hanyar hadiye ɗanyen ɗanyen da zaran alamun farko sun bayyana. Don samun taimako tare da magani, don haka, a gwada miyan albasa kuma.
3. Kwayoyin cuta na (Bacteria)
Kamar yadda muka ambata, tafarnuwa abinci ce mai kashe ƙwayoyin (Antibacterial) da kuma (Antiviral) wanda ke lalata ƙwayoyin cuta, ƙwayoyin hanji, har ma da fungi. Albasa yana da irin wannan tasirin, yana taimakawa jiki yakar cututtuka daban-daban.
4. Don inganta darajar cholesterol
Tafarnuwa tana da kaddarorin rage matakin "mummunan" cholesterol (LDL), yayin da take kuma ƙara mataki "mai kyau" na cholesterol (HDL). Albasa ma tana da wannan karfin, amma musamman idan an ci danye.
5. Lafiyar zuciya
Tafarnuwa tana rage hawan jini ga mutanen da suke fama da cutar hawan jini. Ita kuwa albasa tana hana samuwar gudan jini, don haka tana hana thrombosis. Wannan yana ba da kariya ninki biyu ga jijiyoyinmu.
