YADDA MOTSA JIKI (EXERCISE) KE MATUKAR TAIMAKAWA MAI CIKI

 



Yadda motsa jiki wato (Exercise) Ke da matukar muhimmanci ga Mai Juna biyu

Sashin lura da lafiyar mata na likitancin fisiyo na da muhimmancin gaske ga masu juna biyu. Saboda bincike ya nuna cewa masu juna biyun da suka halarci ajujuwan ɗaukar atisaye yayin rainon ciki na samun garkuwa daga wasu matsalolin rainon ciki da haihuwa kamar haka:

1. Magance matsanancin ciwon baya da ƙugu.

2. Rage haɗarin kamuwa da ciwon siga yayin rainon ciki.

3. Rage haɗarin kamuwa da hawan jini yayin rainon ciki, wanda alama ce daga cikin alamun da ke nuni da haɗarin samun jijjiga yayin haihuwa.





4. Bunƙasa aikin tsokokin ƙugu da ke taimaka wa uwa yayin naƙuda, domin haihuwa cikin sauƙi. Bunƙasa aikin waɗannan tsokoki zai rage haɗarin kasa haihuwa da kai; wanda ka iya tilasta yin tiyata/aiki domin ciro jariri.

5. Rage haɗarin samun matsalar ƙwacewar mafitsara, ko kuma yoyon fitsari.

6. Rage haɗarin buɗewar ƙugu - matsala ce da ƙasusuwan ƙugu kan buɗe fiye da ƙima saboda ɓallewar tantanan da ke riƙe da ƙasusuwan ƙugu yayin naƙuda.

7. Magance matsalar kumburin ƙafa, tafin sawu.

8. Magance matsalar ƙwacewar fitsari yayin da kuma bayan haihuwa.

9. Rage samun ƙiba/ teɓa fiye da ƙima yayin da kuma bayan haihuwa.

10. Rage damuwa / yawan bacin rai.

11. Rage haɗarin haihuwar bakwaini da dai sauransu.





Sai dai, atisaye yayin rainon ciki na buƙatar tantance mai juna biyu kafin ta fara atisaye. Saboda haka, zai fi kyau a yi atisaye ƙarƙashin kulawar likitan fisiyo domin wanyewa lafiya.





Tuntuɓi likitan fisiyo a dukkan asibitocin da ke da sashin fisiyo (physiotherapy) domin fara ɗaukar atisayen rainon cikin domin samun alfanun da aka ambata.
