 YADDA AKE AMFANI DA TSIRRAI WAJEN MAGANCE CUTAR SIGA (DIABETES)


DIABETIC ULCER


Kafin mu je ga batun yadda ake amfani da tsirran, za mu yi wani bayani mai fa'ida.

   yawanci masu fama da Cutar Siga, ciwo yakan yi wuyar warkewa a jikinsu, wasu ma ba ya warkewa gaba daya. Akwai kuma wadanda Cutar Siga idan ta ci ƙarfinsu sai wani rauni ya fito ya hudo a jikinsu, a wuraren da suka fi sa ƙarfi a jikinsu (pressure points) 



kamar tafin ƙafa(foot ulcer) da tafin hannu (palm ulcers), ana kiran wadannan raunuka da suna “Diabetic ulcers”. Raunin yakan rube ya yi tsutsa idan ba a tsaftace shi har ta kai ga sai an yanke sashin da raunin yake saboda faɗaɗa da yake yi tare da zagwanye naman wajen, musamman idan ba a ɗauki matakin da ya dace ba, ko da kuwa a asibiti ne. 




Duka waɗannan raunuka, suna ƙin warkewa ne a dalilin wata ƙwayar cuta da take bijirowa kuma ta rayu a kan raunin mai suna “staphylococcus aureus” wannan ƙwayar cuta, tana lalata sinadaran halitta na "cells" da suke wajen, hakan sai ya hana ciwon warkewa kuma ya rube.



Ana warkewa daga dukkan waɗannan raunuka/ciwuka ta hanyar  amfani da tsirrai kamar haka:

1)Ganyen goba

2)Aloe vera

3) Bagaruwar hausa

4)shiwaka

5) kanumfari


Za mu yi bayanin yadda ake amfani da su wajen magance wannan rauni a rubutunmu mai taken “Yadda ake amfani da tsirrai wajen magance cutar diabetes.


YADDA AKE AMFANI DA TSIRRAI WAJEN MAGANCE CUTAR SIGA

 

Abu na farko mafi muhimmanci ga mai Cutar Siga shi ne azumi na hutun cin abinci na wani lokaci (intermittent fasting) wanda muka ambata tun a farko. Mutum zai iya zabar kowane daga cikin tsarin azumin kamar yadda muka yi bayaninsu a baya. 




Mafi mahimmanci kuma mai sauƙi daidai gwarfwado a cikin azumin shi ne wanda ake cin abinci sau biyu a rana (22:2). Mutum zai auna awowin rana (24hours) ya ga yaushe ne zai fi masa daidai da ya ci abinci, amma kada ya wuce sau biyu. Lokaci mafi kyau shi ne da sassafe kamar 7:30am  a yi ci ɗaya, sai kuma 5:30pm a yi ci na biyu, 




ko kuma 7:30am da 7:30pm, ko kuma kawai mutum ya dinga yin azuminsa na neman lada da lafiya (5:30am ci ɗaya sai kuma 6:30pm a yi ci na biyu). Wadannan lokuta su ne lokutan da bincike ya nuna cewa jikin dan Adam yana cikin daidaito kuma yake a shirye domin karbar gyararraki. Shi ya sa akwai hikimar Ubangiji na sanya asuba ta zama lokacin sahur sannan faɗuwar rana ta zama lokacin buɗa baki. 



A yayin wannan azumi, ana so mutum ya kiyaye abubuwa kamar haka:

1. Duk abincin da mutum zai ci idan lokacin ci ya yi, ya kasance carbohydrates bai fi 20-30 percent na abincin ba, an fi so ya yi ƙasa da haka. Dalilin haka shi ne, indai carbohydrate ya fi yawa  a abincin dan Adam to ba zai taba samun waraka daga cutar siga ba.



2) Ya kasance ba ya yin wani aikin ƙarfi da zai jigata shi har ya fita a hayyacinsa. Amma zai iya ɗan motsa jiki da safe da kuma da yamma na kimanin mintuna 15 (maximum).




3) Ya kasance  abin da mutum zai ci mafi yawansa ganyayyaki ne (vegetables) da 'ya'yan  itatuwa (fruits) waɗanda suke da tasirin gaske wajen warkewar cutar.



4) Ya kasance ruwan da zai sha alkaline ne (idan bai samu alkaline water ba, sai a kaɗa kanwa a cikin ruwa) ko kuma yana dauke da tsirrai masu warkar da cutar. Wannan ruwa za a iya sha ko yaushe a cikin awannin azumin, ba sai lallai lokacin cin abincin ba.

5) Ya ɗauki kamar wata ɗaya yana yi babu hutu.



Wannan azumi yana da muhimmancin gaske, domin yawanci ana barin jaki ne ana dukan taiki. A asibiti kawai ana ba da magungunan da za su daidaita sigan da yake cikin jini ne, ba wai masu kawar da ainihin baƙin cutar ba. 



Da yawa a falsafar cutar siga an ɗauka matsalar shi ne yawan glucose a cikin jini, alhalin kuma matsalar shi ne sinadarin insulin (idan yana aiki sigan ba zai taru ba, idan ya yi yawa kuma a jini a samu insulin resistance). Kamata ya yi maganin cutar diabetes ya zama abin da yake yi shi ne tasiri a kan insulin, inda ake samar da shi da kuma inda yake aiki, ba wai glucose ba. 


 

Idan 'cell' ya zama fes-fes, hanji ya zama a tsaftace (domin ta nan sinadarai ke shiga (absorption point), pancrease ta zama tas-tas to insulin zai yi aikinsa yadda ya kamata. 



Wannan azumi yana da tasirin gaske, wanda akwai wani dan ƙasar Hunduras da ya yi kwana sittin da huɗu bai ci abinci  ba sai kawai wata tsiro mai suna cusca (wadda tasirinta bai kai na girfa kaɗai ba a magance cutar siga), da kuma alkaline water (pH : 7.4), kuma ya warke daga cutar gaba ɗaya. Akwai hanyoyi guda huɗu na magance cutar:



1. Za a samu gwangwani biyu na garin girfa (ko cokali biyu), a samu wani gwangwani biyun na garin hulba (ko cokali biyu), a haɗa da gwangwani ɗaya na garin kurkur (ko cokali daya), da kuma gwangwani ɗaya na garin kanumfari(ko cokali ɗaya), a haɗa da rabin gwangwani na garin milk thistle, da rabin gwangwani na rosemery, a haɗe su waje ɗaya. Kullum idan aka tashi sai a ɗebi wannan haɗaɗɗen garin (ployherbs) cokali huɗu na shan shayi, sai a zuba a ruwa 250CL (kwatankwacin pure water biyar) a tafasa a tace sai a maida shi ruwan sha na ranar, haka za a yi ta yi koda ana azumi. 




2. Za a samu garin  garahuni kamar gwangwani ɗaya, da green tea kamar rabin gwangwani, da ɗoɗɗoya ita ma kamar rabin gwangwani )da garin ganyen mangoro, da shiwaka, duka rabin gwangwani, da natural ginseng sai a haɗe su, a dinga ɗiba kullum ana yin shayi da su.




3. Za a samu pear (piya) a yayyanka ƙana, a haɗa ta da gwanda wadda ba ta nuna can sosai ba, a haɗa da Aloe vera bayan an feraye bayansa da avocado, da artichoke a yi juice ɗinsu a dinga sha idan an ci abinci. Ayi haka kamar kimanin wata biyu.



4. Ga masu fama da Diabetic ulcer, za a samu ɗanyen ganyen goba a kirba shi a zuba ruwa kaɗan a tace, sai a samu bagaruwar Hausa a jiƙa ta a tace ruwan sai a samu shuwaka da kanumfari su ma duka a kirba su a zuba ruwa kaɗan a tace, sai a haɗe ruwan duka a dinga tsiyaya ana saka auduga ana wanke wajen da ruwan, bayan an gama wankewa kuma sai a matsa ruwa mai yauƙi da yake fitowa daga Aloe vera akan ciwon. Cikin ƙanƙanin lokaci ciwon zai warke.




Fadakarwa; ba  lallai ne sai an haɗa dukkan tsirran  da suke cikin kowace hanya da muka kawo ba, ko biyu ko uku daga ciki ma za su yi tasirin da ake buƙata In sha Allah.
